  4. Payments & Refunds
    • Fees for event registrations and services must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
    • Refund policies vary per event and will be communicated during registration. Generally, refunds are not provided unless the event is canceled or otherwise required by law.
    • SportPulse is not responsible for additional costs, including travel or accommodation, that may result from event changes or cancellations.
  5. User Conduct
    • You agree to use the website and participate in events in a respectful and lawful manner, refraining from harassment, discrimination, and any activity that could endanger others.
    • Any abusive, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in suspension or termination of your access to SportPulse services and events.
    • You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website or services, nor submit false or misleading information.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the SportPulse website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of SportPulse or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
